Take initiative in every situation possible. Get proactive, say yes more often, and reach out to people. Forget about the “what it’s” and just focus on the first step.
That seemingly insignificant moment could become the best decision you’ve ever made.
Everything that needs to be said has already been said. But, since no one was listening, everything must be said again.
This is one more piece of advice I have for you: don’t get impatient. Even if things are so tangled up you can’t do anything, don’t get desperate or blow a fuse and start yanking on one particular thread before it’s ready to come undone. You have to figure it’s going to be a long process and that you’ll work on things slowly, one at a time.
Am pretty good at distracting myself. More than most people. I make little channels for myself to fit in, when am bored, or when I want to just simple be distracted from life.
We spend way too much of our lives absorbing junk media that real problems are passing us by and we don’t even realise. Reality TV is the new opium of the people.
